HI, I'm Payton
Business owneR & Photographer
I’m so glad you’re here.
Photography has always been a natural extension of how I see the world—drawn to light, detail, and the quiet in-between moments that often go unnoticed. What began as a creative outlet became something more intentional during my time at Louisiana State University, where I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography in 2021. Shortly after, I founded Payton Beauvais Photography.
Today, my work is centered around creating imagery that feels both effortless and enduring. I approach each wedding and session with a calm, thoughtful presence—offering gentle direction when needed while allowing space for moments to unfold naturally. The result is a collection of images that are refined, emotive, and deeply personal.
I’m drawn to celebrations that value meaning, aesthetics, and an elevated experience from beginning to end. My goal is not only to document your day, but to preserve it in a way that feels timeless—images you’ll return to for years to come.
I’m based in Covington, Louisiana, and serve weddings throughout the Northshore, New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and surrounding areas. When I’m not photographing or editing, you can find me enjoying a slow morning with an iced latte or spending time with my husband, Jackson.
It would be an honor to document your story with intention and care.
My approach

My work is centered on elevated, intentional imagery and an experience that feels calm, seamless, and personal—allowing you to be fully present in each moment.
I direct every session with purpose, ensuring each pose, movement, and interaction aligns with my vision while feeling natural and effortless. This approach brings out authentic connection, emotion, and the subtle moments that make your story uniquely yours.
Each session is curated with care, thoughtfully composed to highlight the details, gestures, and interactions that define your day. The result is imagery that is cohesive, emotive, and timeless.
No matter the event or session, my approach remains the same: to observe, guide, and craft moments into images that last a lifetime.

Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever... it remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything.
